To set the scene, imagine you have just been hired by H W Brown & Co. They have their sales and administration office on level 2 of this old restored office building.

Today you are meeting with Ted Brown, grandson of the founder - and your new boss.

The purpose of the meeting is to give you an initial orientation to the company.

After some small talk, Ted mentions that the best way to introduce you to the company’s operations was by walking you through their business plan.
